For some time,the normal and long-term work of Party history learning and education in higher vocational colleges has been faced with various problems such as insufficient motivation,unsmooth mechanisms,insufficient synergy,and low student interest.To solve these problems,we must promote from top-level design to grassroots practice to achieve institutionalization,systematization and efficiency,base on the"overall promotion and effective incentive"mechanism of Party history learning and education,the"diversified complementation and collaborative construction"mechanism within the school,and"integration,continuous integration"mechanism of Party history learning and education and ideological and political courses,and the"co-construction,sharing and mutual promotion"mechanism between schools and enterprises,establish a normalized and long-term system and mechanism for the study and education of Party history in higher vocational colleges,and promote the deepening and practical implementation of Party history study and education in higher vocational colleges,to achieve sustainable normal development.
