摘要

教育数字化转型已经成为世界范围内教育变革的主要方向,为实现中国式现代化提供人才支撑的战略举措.高职专业教学资源库正是在这一背景下应运而生的新产物.以湖南外国语职业学院商务英语专业教学资源库为例,在共建共享过程中存在资源库建设标准不统一、资源库共建机制不完善、资源知识产权与版权不清晰、参建教师积极性低以及数字化技术应用水平不高的问题.因此,需要通过规范统一资源库建设标准、完善优化资源库共建机制、加强资源知识产权与版权保护、提升教师数字化素养以及提高数字化技术应用水平等具体措施来解决问题,为加快高职专业教学资源库共建共享以及数字化教育发展提供理论支持和实践指导.

Abstract

Under the background of digital transformation,the co-construction and sharing of higher vocational professional teaching resources bases are facing some challenges,such as inconsistent standards for resource bases construction,imperfect mechanisms for resource base co-construction,unclear intellectual property and copyright issues,low enthusiasm of participating teachers,and inadequate application of digital technology.Therefore,specific measures such as standardizing resource bases construction standards,optimizing resource bases co-construction mechanisms,strengthening intellectual property and copyright protection,improving teachers'digital literacy,and enhancing digital technology application are needed to address these problems.This will provide theoretical support and practical guidance for accelerating the co-construction and sharing of higher vocational teaching resources bases and digital education development.
