Research on the Development Strategy of Psychological Health Education in Universities under the Digital Trend
With the rapid development of technology,the application of digitalization in the field of education is becoming increasingly popular and in-depth.As an important component of education,mental health education in universities has also been influenced by the trend of digitalization,presenting distinct characteristics in psychological counseling methods,knowledge dissemination forms,virtual reality technology applications,data statistical analysis,and other aspects.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges that digital trends bring to college mental health education from a digital perspective,the principles followed by college mental health education from a digital perspective,and the development strategies of college mental health education from a digital perspective.It is concluded that under the trend of digital development,universities need to continuously improve and formulate corresponding development strategies to ensure that the positive impact of digitalization on mental health education can be maximized and the effectiveness of mental health education can be better improved.
