摘要
高校在推动思想政治教育精准化开展的过程中,存在大数据人才不足、思维固化、资源分配不均等问题.针对于此,高校深入了解大数据的内涵、特征及发展趋势,明晰思想政治教育精准化的发展、概念及内容,分析大数据对精准思政的意义,通过"精准识别教育对象、精准供给教育内容、精准构建保障机制"三点对策,依托精准思维持续增强思想政治教育的亲和力、针对性和实效性,用精准"滴灌"沁润大学生心田,切实推动精准思政落地.
Abstract
In the process of promoting the precise development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,there are problems such as insufficient big data talents,solidified thinking and unequal resource distribution.For this,colleges and universities should understand the connotation,characteristics and development trend,clear the precise development,concept,and content of ideological and political education,analyze big data for accurate education.Through the three countermeasures of"precisely identifying education object,precisely supplying education content,precisely building security mechanism",rely on accurate thinking,continue to enhance the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,use precision"drip"to moisten college students'heart,and effectively promote precise education to fall to the ground.
