摘要

积极心理学是研究人类积极品质的科学,它是一种研究人类优点和美德的心理学,强调人的主观能动性.积极心理学主张用一种积极的心态来面对生活中的各种挑战,这种积极心态可以有效地促进人的身心健康,提高人的生活质量.积极心理学对大学英语教学有很大的指导意义,它强调培养学生积极的心态,提高他们在学习中的成就感和自信心,使学生在学习过程中更加快乐.本文主要从积极心理学视角下探讨了大学英语教学策略,希望对大学英语教学有一定帮助.

Abstract

Positive psychology is a science that studies human positive qualities.It is a psychology that studies human strengths and virtues,emphasizing human subjective initiative.Positive psychology advocates facing various challenges in life with a positive mindset,which can effectively promote physical and mental health and improve the quality of life.Positive psychology has great guiding significance for college English teaching,emphasizing the cultivation of students'positive mentality,improving their sense of achievement and confidence in learning,and making students happier in the learning process.This paper mainly explores college English teaching strategies from the perspective of positive psychology,hoping to be helpful for college English teaching.
