Exploration on Teaching Process Management Mode of Basic Electrical Courses Based on"Three Comprehensive Education"Idea
Integrating ideological and political education to strengthen the management of students'learning state has become a core task of undergraduate teaching process management.In order to solve the contradiction between strengthening the management of teaching process and the limited energy of teachers,the traditional method of homework inspection is reformed.This paper puts forward a novel way,dynamic spot inspection,which transforms the universal inspection into targeted face-to-face inspection,internalizing ideological and political education into teaching.An all-staff,all-process,and all-round education system is constructed to provide a guarantee for the implementation of the process management mode.Teaching practice shows the mode is more real and efficient at each stage of teaching,and has a strong positive incentive effect on both students with learning difficulties and outstanding students.
