The paper combines questionnaire surveys and student interviews to gain a targeted understanding of the current situation of higher vocational college students'English reading cognition in the process of blended teaching model reform.Based on students'daily reading performance,this paper summarizes the common constraints that exist in the process of English reading.It is hoped that based on these basic contents,by strengthening English classroom listening and reading,enriching classroom teaching activities,optimizing higher vocational English reading teaching,and offering morning reading courses in higher vocational colleges,we can find entry points to break through the limitations of English reading teaching for higher vocational college students.By effectively relying on the cooperation between online and offline classrooms,we can enhance higher vocational college students'English reading ability.
