Strengthening the practice and education of the socialist core values of students in application-oriented universities under the new media is not only the requirement of the self-development of application-oriented universities,but also the internal need of students'all-round development.This paper mainly discusses the practical requirements,theoretical basis and strategy exploration of the practical teaching of socialist core values in application-oriented universities.In the strategy exploration,the emphasis is on strengthening the educational function of theoretical education,carrying out rich and colorful practical activities,building innovative construction of network platform,and improving the personal quality of self-cultivation,in order to arouse the enthusiasm of practice teaching,pay attention to the effectiveness of practice teaching,highlight the value of practice teaching,and practice teaching autonomy.
