Research on Innovative Teaching Models for the Construction of Industry-education Integration Community in Higher Vocational Colleges
The industry-education integration is the basic model and characteristic of higher vocational colleges.The construction of a community integrating industry and education can break the institutional barriers restricting the deep integration of industry and education,accelerate the speed of information flow and the coverage of resource sharing in higher vocational colleges,and improve the degree of connection between higher vocational colleges and social and industrial development.And it is helpful for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in the construction of teaching base,and build a"teacher+student"dual talent training channel in higher vocational colleges.While at present,its construction is faced with problems such as system difficulties,demands difficulties and operation difficulties.To participate in its construction,higher vocational colleges should take the idea of"four transformations",create an innovative teaching model of"four main bodies,five integrations and five similarities",form a new situation of multi-party and diversified joint construction,and explore new paths to improve their education quality.
