A Study on the Talent Training Model of Industry Education Integration for Art and Design Majors in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of"Double Innovation"
In the context of"double innovation",vocational art and design majors face the challenge of integrating educational content with industry needs.This paper explains the connotation and characteristics of the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education,analyzes key issues such as uneven resource allocation,disconnection between practical teaching and industry,shortage of teaching staff,and insufficient student innovation and entrepreneurship practical ability,and proposes strategies such as increasing resource investment and optimizing allocation,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,updating teaching content,improving teacher quality and professional ability,and strengthening the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability.It is hoped to effectively improve the educational quality of vocational art and design majors and cultivate high-quality art and design innovation and entrepreneurship talents that adapt to industrial development.
