The Construction of an Evaluation System for the Cultivation of Morality and Talents for Graduate Tutors
A scientific and reasonable evaluation system is an important guarantee to carry out the primary responsibility of graduate tutors to cultivate talents and improve the quality of graduate education.Based on the analysis of the connotation of graduate tutors'duties,thirty indicators are selected from three dimensions of teacher quality,moral cultivation process and moral cultivation effect,and four aspects of ideological and political education,teaching,scientific research,and talent cultivation.The construction of the evaluation index system is to promote graduate tutors to conduct moral education and talent cultivation and improve the quality of graduate supervisors and graduate training.
