Exploring Modes of Cultivating Translators for Business Based on Mutual Benefits and Win-win Cooperation Between Government Departments,Enterprises and Universities
Integration of education and industry,an effective way to cultivate the profession-oriented talents,is both the inevitable course for high-quality development of higher education and the necessary demand for economic transformation and upgrading in China.Cultural identity is the premise of cooperation between universities and enterprises,and benefit is the bond to connect them and the key to integration of education and industry.Only by taking the benefits of each party into consideration can we motivate enterprises to cooperate with universities to develop talents in a reciprocal way.This paper explores seven cooperative modes of cultivating translators for business between government departments,enterprises,and universities on the basis of mutual benefits and win-win cooperation,which can serve as a reference for the teachers'teaching and study in other universities.
