"Development-oriented funding"represents an innovative concept aimed at driving the comprehensive advancement of students.As China effectively addressed absolute poverty,the nation's poverty alleviation initiatives have transitioned into a"post-poverty"phase.This study conducts a comprehensive review of the current state and practices of student financial aid within domestic higher education institutions,while also analyzing the prevailing issues within the existing framework.With precise poverty targeting as a foundational principle,this research proposes a set of effective strategies and recommendations to refine the developmental funding model in higher education institutions.These strategies encompass four key dimensions:accurate identification of poverty levels,targeted enhancement of the intensity of psychosocial support,precise allocation of funding projects,and meticulous feedback mechanisms for funding evaluation.This comprehensive approach seeks to enhance the efficacy and precision of the development-oriented funding model,facilitating optimal students'growth and progress.
