产教融合背景下职业教育发展的实然困囿与应然路径

产教融合在职业教育发展中的积极作用和意义较为显著,尤其是它对核心技能竞争力的培养,更是凸显了其重要性。然而,产教融合在当前阶段的职业教育实践中仍然面临着一系列的实然困囿,这对产教融合背景下职业教育的发展带来了挑战,如:理论与实践之间的断裂,资源配备的困境,时间与人力的投入不尽如人意等。针对以上问题,本研究提出了创新培养模式与教育方法、产业与职业教育相对接、建立健全的产教融合评价体系等应然路径,旨在为职业教育的改革与发展提供有益参考,以实现有效的产教融合,推动行业的持续发展与进步。
The Actual Constraints and Expected Paths of Vocational Education Development under the Background of Industry-education Integration
Industry-education integration's positive role and significance in developing vocational education are significant,especially in cultivating core skill competitiveness,highlighting its importance.However,the integration of industry and education still faces a series of practical constraints in the current stage of vocational education practice,which poses challenges to the development of vocational education in the context of industry and education integration,such as the rupture between theory and practice,the dilemma of resource allocation,and unsatisfactory investment in time and workforce.In response to the above issues,this study proposes innovative training models and educational methods,the connection between industry and vocational education,and a sound evaluation system for integrating sector and education.The aim is to provide valuable references for the reform and development of vocational education,to achieve effective integration of industry and education,and to promote the sustainable development and progress of the industry.
