Research on 6S Management Education System of Higher Vocational Colleges
With the continuous upgrading of industry and the adjustment of economic structure in our country,the demand for technical talents in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent.While enjoying the dividend of national policy,higher vocational colleges should further improve the management system and improve the quality of education.The integration of 6S management into the educational system of higher vocational colleges has certain theoretical and practical significance:it is helpful to establish a regular and orderly school image and to promote the construction of campus culture,and enhance students'professional quality and personal ability.However,there are many problems in the process of implementation.Starting from the problems encountered in the implementation of 6S,this paper puts forward 6 solutions in order to play the role of 6s management in the educational links,and let the 6S management become the effective way to raise the talented persons in aviation vocational colleges.
