Research on the Path of Improving Teachers'Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of"Industry,Education,Research and Innovation"
With the continuous promotion of the integration of"industry,education,research and innovation",the improvement of teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges has become an important issue in educational reform.The purpose of this paper is to explore the path of improving teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges,to improve their teaching level and innovative ability,and to promote the in-depth development of the industry-education integration.It also analyzes the present situation and problems of improving teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:teachers'professional quality,teaching ability,innovative ability,and practical ability,and puts forward corresponding paths and countermeasures.The results show that the ways to improve teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges include cultivating teachers'professional quality,improving teachers'teaching ability,strengthening teachers'innovative ability and strengthening teachers'practical ability.
