Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures Faced in the Teaching of Vocational Undergraduate Colleges in the New Era
Vocational undergraduate education,as an emerging form of education,is an indispensable part of China's higher education system.It undertakes the task of cultivating technical and skilled talents with certain professional technical knowledge and practical abilities.However,due to its relatively short development time,it is still in the exploratory stage and there are still many problems in vocational undergraduate teaching.This paper takes××Vocational and Technical University as an example to elaborate on the difficulties faced by vocational undergraduate students in teaching work from four aspects:teachers,students,course arrangement,and experimental venues.On this basis,it is proposed some relevant countermeasures:strengthening training and enhancing teachers'teaching ability;reasonably arranging the time for theoretical and practical courses;expanding the experimental venue;dividing classes reasonably and teaching students according to their aptitude,etc.,hoping to improve the teaching quality of vocational undergraduate.
