The key to the implementation of integrating moral education into English teaching lies in teachers,whose beliefs in moral education directly affect the effect.This paper expounds the mutually reinforcing relationship between teachers'moral belief and the effect of integrating moral education into college English curriculum.It holds that teachers'cognition and recognition of the responsibility,moral theory,moral value and moral methods embodied in the process of integrating moral education into English teaching are the foundation for having moral belief,and suggests the focuses of teachers'self-improvement to enhance moral education belief.
