The cultivation of high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges is the internal demand to promote the transformation and development of digital economy,the internal symbol to highlight the cultivation of vocational education types,and the internal mission to improve the education quality of vocational colleges.In view of the existing problems that the digital teaching mode needs to be improved,the construction of digital courses needs to be optimized,the integration of digital production and education needs to be improved,the number of digital teachers needs to be increased,and the digital evaluation system needs to be improved,it is suggested in five aspects:to strengthen the guidance of educational concepts and build a top-level design;based on the needs of regional development,optimize the professional structure;deepen the integration of production and education,and build a platform for educating people;induct digital teacher talents and accumulate teacher resources;improve the quality evaluation system,and promote talent training,so as to improve the ability and level of cultivating high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges.
