摘要

随着教育信息化的发展,信息技术深层次融入教育教学中,促进了教育教学提质增效.教师信息化教学能力影响着信息化教学优势的发挥.当前,教师信息化教学能力参差不齐,信息化教学效果不尽如人意,故提高教师执教能力势在必行.面对影响教师信息化教学能力的各种因素,从政策扶持、资金投入、基础建设、资源供给、教育培训等环节着手,提出促进教师信息化教学能力提升的建议,希望为教师的成长与发展提供参考.

Abstract

With the development of educational informatization,information technology has been deeply integrated into education and teaching,promoting the improvement of quality and efficiency in education and teaching.The information technology teaching ability of teachers affects the utilization of the advantages of information technology teaching.Currently,the information technology teaching ability of teachers is uneven,and the effectiveness of information technology teaching is not satisfactory.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the teaching ability of teachers.Facing various factors that affect teachers'information technology teaching ability,suggestions are proposed to promote the improvement of their relevant ability from the aspects of policy support,funding investment,infrastructure construction,resource supply,education and training,etc.,hoping to provide reference for their growth and development.
