A Study on the Dialectical Relationship Between Digitalization of Vocational Education and Traditional Talent Training Methods
With the development and penetration of science and technology,the call for the application of digital technology in vocational education talent cultivation is increasing.The value of traditional teaching methods is overshadowed by the advantages of digital technology such as high efficiency,diversity,visualization,and multi-dimensional presentation,gradually forming the misconception that digital training is advanced and traditional training is backward in talent cultivation.In order to analyze the misconceptions in talent cultivation,this paper proposes a dialectical relationship between digitalization and traditional talent cultivation methods,affirming the importance of digital teaching.However,from the perspective of cognitive psychology,it also points out the limitations of digital technology in effective learning,analyzes the guiding value of traditional teaching and cultivation methods in implicit knowledge and ideological and political concepts in the classroom,the cohesive value in attention concentration,and the value of teaching and learning in enlightenment thinking and reflection.Thus,the dialectical unity relationship between digitalization and traditional cultivation methods is obtained,that is,"tools"and"tools"complement each other,"Dao"prioritizes its"tools",and"human"and"screen"are in harmony.
