"新文科"背景下《国际关系史》教学改革与探索

《国际关系史》作为高校历史学、法学、政治学等专业普遍开设的一门交叉学科课程,目前存在教学内容和教学方法的问题。"新文科"建设为《国际关系史》课程改革提出要求,也指明方向。"新文科"建设背景下《国际关系史》需要回应时代需求、实现学科融合、落实价值观塑造。《国际关系史》需要明确自身的跨学科定位,以"大文科"视野进一步促进学科交叉融合;课程内容设计上要打破"西方中心论""国家本位"等桎梏,构建非西方的课程知识框架体系,进一步扩大国际关系史的研究范围;坚持学生为中心的教学理念,充分应用新技术推动混合式教学模式不断完善;构建科学合理的教学评价体系,促进课程改革的持续性推进。
The Education Reform of"History of International Relations"under the Background of"New Liberal Arts"
"History of International Relations",as an interdisciplinary course,generally offered by the majors of history,law and political science in universities,currently has some deficiencies in teaching content and teaching methods.The construction of"new liberal arts"puts forward the requirements and points out the direction for the reform of the course"History of International Relations".Under the background of"new liberal arts",the course'History of International Relations"needs to respond to the needs of the times,realize the integration of disciplines,implement the shaping of values,and cultivate compound talents.This course needs to clarify its interdisciplinary orientation and further promote interdisciplinary integration from the perspective of"great liberal arts".In the design of content,we should break the shackles of"western-centered theory"and"state-oriented",build a non-western curriculum knowledge framework,and further expand the scope of the study of the history of international relations;adhere to the student-centered teaching concept and make full use of new technologies to promote the continuous improvement of mixed teaching methods;establish a scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system to promote the sustainable advancement of curriculum reform.
