大学生学科竞赛组织管理创新模式探讨——以全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛为例

学科竞赛已经成为高等学校创新型人才培养的重要抓手。本文以全国大学生市场调查与分析大赛为例,剖析了当前高校学科竞赛组织中在团队组建、与专业教学的协调关系以及制度建设等方面存在的瓶颈和短板,提出了在团队组建中要打破专业壁垒和年级界线,构建多学科融合和跨年级传帮带的参赛团队,采用"嵌入式"学科竞赛管理模式助推学科竞赛和专业教学的有机融合,建立长效学科竞赛管理制度和完善大赛指导激励机制,提升教师参与赛事的主动性和积极性。
Discussion on the Organization and Management Innovative Mode of College Students'Discipline Competition Activities—Taking the National College Students'Market Research and Analysis Competition as an Example
Discipline competitions have become essential for cultivating innovative talents in higher education institutions.Taking the National College Students'Market Research and Analysis Competition as an example,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks and short boards in the organization of discipline competitions in colleges and universities in terms of team formation,coordination with professional teaching,and system construction,etc.,and puts forward the proposal of breaking down professional barriers and grade boundaries in the team formation,constructing multidisciplinary integration and cross-grade transferring teams,adopting"embedded"discipline competition management mode to promote the organic integration of discipline competitions and professional teaching,establishing a long-term discipline competition management system and improving the incentive mechanism for competition guidance to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers to participate in the competitions.
