Research on Innovative Practice of Training Business Talents Based on the OBE Education Concept—Take"Enterprise Strategic Management"Course as an Example
With the new opportunities and challenges brought by the new round of science and technology and industrial revolution,docking major national strategies such as manufacturing power and science and technology power,adhering to the demand-oriented and problem-oriented,the ideas and direction of promoting education modernization are clearly defined.Higher requirements are put forward for the quality of talent training in application-oriented colleges and universities,and the traditional education paradigm can no longer adapt to the development of the times.Based on the concept of OBE,this paper takes the course of"Enterprise Strategic Management"as the research object,eliminates the outstanding problems and weak links existing in the current talent training process,proposes the teaching design path of"1 model,2 orientation and 3 methods",and integrates OBE into every link of talent training.It provides relevant experience for further developing OBE teaching design for management majors.
