摘要
随着"互联网+"时代的到来,新兴互联网技术对职业院校实习指导教师团队的建设产生了多方面的影响,这些影响也为职业院校带来了全新的机遇与挑战.本文首先分析了"互联网+"对职业院校大学生创新创业的影响,又深入研究了在此背景下职业院校实习指导教师团队建设的意义与困境,并从改革措施与教学资源优化两个方面展开进一步探讨,为实现理论与实训双优的实习指导教师团队构建,以及推进学校教师管理制度与学生实习指导制度的改革提供参考.
Abstract
With the advent of the"Internet+"era,the emerging internet technology forming multiple impacts on the construction of internship guidance teacher teams in vocational colleges,and these impacts also bring new opportunities and challenges to vocational colleges.First,the paper analyzes the impact of"Internet+"on innovation and entrepreneurship of vocational college students.Furthermore,research on the significance and challenges of building a team of internship guidance teachers in vocational colleges are studied in this context.The paper explores two aspects:reform measures and optimization of teaching resources,which provide reference for the construction of an internship guidance teacher team that achieves both theoretical and practical excellence,and promote the reform of school teacher management system and student internship guidance system.
