入学教育背景下朋辈团体心理辅导在大学新生诚信教育中的运用

摘要
朋辈团体心理辅导能够促进学生对诚信教育的认同感,在朋辈之间进行团队互动,对诚信教育各环节产生情绪体验,于娱乐之中获得诚信知识、体会诚信故事、感受诚信情绪,提高诚信意识.本文在入学教育背景下,从朋辈团体心理辅导视角,分析朋辈团体心理辅导在大学新生诚信教育中的作用,通过组建朋辈团体心理辅导指导师,创设朋辈团体心理辅导诚信情境,提出进一步创新发展点,优化朋辈团体心理辅导的诚信情境创设,拓展大学新生诚信教育,助力新生入学教育.
Abstract
Peer group psychological counseling can promote students'sense of identity in honesty education,carry out team interaction among peers,generate emotional experience in all aspects of honesty education,obtain integrity knowledge in entertainment,experience integrity stories,feel integrity emotions and improve integrity awareness.Under the background of admission education,this paper analyzes the role of peer group psychological counseling in the integrity education of college freshmen from the perspective of peer group psychological counseling.By setting up peer group psychological counseling mentors,it creates the honesty situation of peer group psychological counseling,proposes further innovation and development points,optimizes the creation of the honesty situation of peer group psychological counseling,expands the honesty education of college freshmen,and is beneficial to freshmen entrance education.
