摘要
为解决高校在师范专业人才培养过程中重理论轻实践的问题,进一步拓宽"U-S合作"模式的内涵,提出"双导师制"人才培养模式;阐明"U-S合作"模式与"双导师制"的内在联系和相互影响机制,从政策保障、目标设置、导师遴选、内容形式、考核评价等方面探索"双导师制"具体实施路径.
Abstract
To solve the problem of emphasizing theory over practice in the training process of teacher training professionals in universities,and further expand the connotation of the"U-S cooperation"model,a"dual mentor system"talent training model is proposed;the inherent connection and mutual influence mechanism between the"U-S cooperation"model and the"dual mentor system"is clarified,and the specific implementation path of the"dual mentor system"are explored from the aspects of policy guarantee,goal setting,mentor selection,content form,assessment and evaluation.
