地方应用型本科高校人才培养体系的探索与思考

摘要
在国家政策的持续引导下,地方应用型本科高校无论是在数量上还是实际作用发挥方面,都已成为我国现代高等教育体系的重要部分.面向新时代,地方应用型本科高校应当加强教育教学改革研究,创新人才培养模式,强化内涵建设,彰显服务区域的独特优势.梳理地方应用型本科高校发展历程,分析人才培养定位,探索人才培养过程中存在的薄弱环节,并从学科培养、实践教学改革、师资队伍结构、产教融合组织体系等方面对其人才培养体系的建设提出意见建议.
Abstract
Under the continuous guidance of national policies,local applied undergraduate universities have become an important part of China's modern higher education system,both in terms of quantity and practical role.Facing the new era,local applied undergraduate universities should strengthen research on education and teaching reform,innovate talent training models,strengthen connotation construction,and demonstrate the unique advantages of serving the region.On the basis of analyzing the development process and talent training positioning of local applied undergraduate universities,this paper explores the weak links in the talent training process,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of their talent training system from the aspects of disciplinary training,practical teaching reform,teacher team structure,and industry-education integration organizational system.
