改革"两定"评价强化"两技"考核提升高职学生的职业适应性——以计算机网络技术专业为例

摘要
教育评价事关教育发展方向,通过改革教育评价促进创新人才培养方式、过程,促进人才培养质量提升,推动高质量发展.以计算机网络技术专业为例,通过重构预期学习成果SOC改革"一张试卷定成绩"的课程考核评价,探索激励机制改革"以课程分数定优差"的人才培养考核评价,实践遵循技能养成规律强化"职业技能"考核与优化置换方法强化"技术能力"考核,提升了学生的职业适应性,促进了被认为是"箩底橙"的民办高职学生培养取得技术应用工程师资格证书,推动实现高质量发展.
Abstract
Education evaluation is related to the development direction of education.By reforming education evaluation,innovative talent cultivation methods and processes will be promoted,the quality of talent cultivation will be improved,and high-quality development of education will be promoted.We choose the computer network technology major as an example to reform the course assessment and evaluation of"determining grades based on exam papers"by reconstructing the learning outcomes SOC,and explore incentive mechanisms to reform the talent cultivation assessment and evaluation of"determining students'excellence or inferiority based on course scores".We have followed the law of skill development to strengthen the assessment of"students'vocational skills"and optimized replacement methods to strengthen the assessment of"students'technical abilities",enhancing students'occupational adaptability,promoting the cultivation of"worst"private vocational students to obtain applied engineering certificates,and promoting high-quality development.
