Research and Practice on Community Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
By participating in community education,higher vocational colleges can improve their lifelong education system,enhance their educational positioning,expand their service functions to society,and promote their high-quality development.At the same time,they can promote collaborative development with community education to achieve common demands.Higher vocational colleges in Yiyang have actively explored community education.The paper draws on the topological structure of computer networks to construct a star topology model for community education in higher vocational colleges.It proposes innovating educational concepts,optimizing organizational systems,accelerating resource opening and sharing,and establishing evaluation mechanisms,aiming to promote the common development of community education and vocational education in higher vocational colleges and meet the diverse lifelong learning needs of the people.Higher vocational colleges actively serve the development of community education,in order to cultivate"Huxiang Craftsmen"in the new era,deepen the cooperation between vocational education schools and enterprises,integrate industry and education,improve the modern vocational education system,promote the coordinated development of community education and vocational education,and promote high-quality regional economic development.They have become an important force in serving lifelong learning for the whole population and a strong support for skill society.
