Research on the Talent Cultivation and Evaluation of Integrated Higher and Secondary Vocational Education Based on the Value-added Theory of Education
At present,it is of great significance to deeply understand and implement the integrated talent cultivation strategy of higher and secondary vocational education.Despite some progress in integrating educational resources and connecting with the labor market,there are still many challenges to be faced.Therefore,this paper proposes a series of strategies,including innovation in educational content and methods,strengthening of practical teaching and deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and so on,aiming at building a more flexible and efficient education system.Ultimately,it is hoped to cultivate diverse and innovative talents who can adapt to future social and economic challenges,and contribute to sustainable social development.
