摘要

通过探讨国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队所面临的困境,从团队管理、团队教师、团队教学、团队考核以及团队辐射作用等方面提出对策:强化团队管理,推进团队体系建设;强化团队教师能力,提升模块化教学水平;强化教学创新能力,促进课程改革;健全考核机制,侧重过程式考核;加强总结与凝练,建立辐射引领机制.通过上述举措,帮助团队解决当前在教学创新过程中可能遇到的难题,提高教育教学效果和满足实践能力培养的需求,进一步推动职业教育的高质量发展.

Abstract

By discussing the difficulties faced by national vocational education teachers'teaching innovation teams,countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of team management,team teachers,team teaching,team assessment,and team radiation effect to help the team solve the difficulties that may be encountered in the teaching innovation process,improve the effectiveness of education and teaching,and meet the needs of practical ability training,further promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
