Research and Practice on the Talent Training Model of Integration of Jobs,Courses,Competitions and Certifications of Modern Logistics Management Major
The talent training model of integrating jobs,courses,competitions,and certifications combines classroom teaching,practical work experience,professional competitions,and qualification certificate training,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of the modern logistics industry.However,there are also problems such as imbalanced resource allocation,disconnection between teaching content and industry needs,the need to improve the professional abilities of teachers,and insufficient adaptability of students.On this basis,this paper proposes strategies such as building a school-enterprise cooperation platform,updating course content,strengthening teacher training,and simulating real work situations.Through the integration of jobs,courses,competitions and certifications,the quality of modern logistics management major talents and the professional adaptability of students can be improved.
