立德树人视域下新媒体短视频在高校思政教育中的应用

摘要
新媒体短视频具有传播广泛、互动性强、创作灵活等特点,能适应当代大学生的思维方式和学习习惯,是一种富有潜力的思想政治教育工具.因此,高校思政教育工作者应以新媒体短视频为载体,探索开展大学生思想政治教育的有效途径,实现"立德树人"的思政教育目的.在分析目前新媒体短视频应用于高校思政工作问题与挑战的前提下,本文从内容形式、师资队伍和机制建设三个方面,为高校教育工作者提出了运用新媒体短视频开展大学生思想政治教育的具体路径.本文旨在为高校教育工作者提供借鉴和参考,以促进大学生的思想提升与全面发展.
Abstract
New media short videos have the characteristics of wide dissemination,strong interactivity,and flexible creation,which can adapt to the contemporary college students'thinking mode and learning habits,and are a kind of potential tools for ideological and political education.Therefore,college ideological and political educators should use new media short videos as carriers,actively explore effective ways to carry out ideological and political education for college students,and achieve the ideological and political education purpose of"cultivating moral values and educating talents".Based on the analysis of the current problems and challenges of applying new media short videos to college ideological and political work,this paper proposes specific paths for college educators to use new media short videos to carry out ideological and political education for college students from three aspects:content form,teacher team and mechanism construction.It aims to provide references for college educators,so as to promote the ideological improvement and comprehensive development of college students.
