Construction and Practice of High-quality Service Community System for Primary-level Party Organization in Higher Vocational Colleges
Strengthening the construction of primary-level Party organizations,innovating the co-construction mechanism of the regional Party construction and constructing higher-quality community service system is one of the important tasks to give full play to the construction of primary-level Party organizations in colleges and universities under the new situation.At present,there are still some deviations in the service concept of primary-level Party organizations in higher vocational colleges.The service they offer is low-leveled,lacking of coverage and variety.Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology has promoted the cooperation with Yinzhou District with the strategy of"One Institute,One Town,One Enterprise".A Party building platform has been built through organization co-construction,theory co-learning,brand co-building,and effect sharing,implemented a series of"Party building+"service models to provide intellectual supports for the development of government and enterprises,and actively explored the protective mechanism of"Party building co-construction in colleges and communities.
