摘要
在新时代高职院校党员队伍建设中,高质量的党员成为推动学校发展的重要引擎.通过对党员发展质量和党建工作机制的调查评估,强调了学生党性修养、职业素养、组织观念、服务意识等方面的发展状况和不足.提出完善准入、评估和退出机制,构建科学的评估指标体系,深化政治教育与实践,以及充分发挥党组织的引领与支持作用等策略提升党员队伍素质,为高职院校可持续发展提供有力支持.
Abstract
In the construction of Party member teams in higher vocational colleges in the new era,high-quality Party members have become a crucial driving force for college development.Through the evaluation of the quality of Party member development and the mechanism of Party building,this study emphasizes the development status and shortcomings in areas such as students'Party character cultivation,professional competence,organizational concepts and service awareness.The study proposes strategies to improve the quality of Party member teams,including refining admission,evaluation and withdrawal mechanisms,constructing a scientific evaluation indicator system,deepening political education and practical experience,as well as fully leveraging the guiding and supporting role of Party organizations.These strategies aim to provide strong support for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
