高职院校发展学生党员教育培训模式的探索与实践——以广东南华工商职业学院为例

摘要
党员教育培训是党的建设基础性经常性工作,党历年来高度重视党员教育培训.入党申请人数逐年增加,大学生党员数量也在新增,因此大学生党员教育培训工作显得愈发重要,同时也给党务工作者增加了教育管理难度.本文对广东省部分高职院校大学生、党务工作者进行问卷调查和访谈,了解高职院校发展大学生党员教育培训的现状及存在的问题,分析高职院校大学生党员教育过程存在问题的原因,探索出高职院校学生党员教育培训的具体实践路径.
Abstract
The education and training of Party members is the basic and regular work of Party building,which has been attached great importance by the Party over the years.Since the number of applicants for the Party is increasing year by year,as well as the number of college student Party members,the education and training of college student Party members is becoming more and more important,which increases the difficulty of education and management for the Party workers.Through questionnaire survey and interview among students and the Party workers in some higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,this paper learns about the current situation and existing problems of education and training of student Party members,and then analyzes the causes of problems in the education process of Party members in higher vocational colleges.Finally,this paper explores the concrete practice path of education and training of Party in higher vocational colleges.
