摘要
工会工作是党治国理政的一项经常性、基础性工作.高校工会是党的群团组织的重要组成部分.在"互联网+"时代背景下,面对新形势、新任务,高校智慧工会建设机遇与挑战并存.本研究阐述了高校开展智慧工会建设的重要性和必要性,厘清了高校智慧工会在建设基础、理念、载体、体系、队伍、能力、保障、服务等方面存在的问题和困境,并从"强化顶层设计""构建媒体矩阵""聚焦数据赋能""开发统一门户"四个方面给出高校智慧工会建设的可行路径.高校智慧工会的建设与发展将促进高校自身和高等教育的高质量发展.
Abstract
Trade union work is a regular and fundamental task in the Party's governance of the country.University trade unions are an important component of the Party's mass organizations.In the context of the"Internet+"era,facing the new situation and new tasks,the construction of smart trade unions in colleges and universities has both opportunities and challenges.This study elucidates the importance and necessity of carrying out the construction of smart trade unions in universities,clarifies the problems and difficulties that exist in the construction foundation,concept,carrier,system,team,ability,guarantee and service of smart trade unions in universities,and provides feasible paths for the construction of smart trade unions in universities from four aspects:"strengthening top-level design","building media matrix","focusing on data empowerment"and"developing a unified portal".The construction and development of smart trade unions in universities will promote the high-quality development of universities themselves and higher education.
