基于教考分离的混合教学模式研究

摘要
教考分离的目标在于提升教学质量,保障考核的公平性,强化学生的学习动力,以及提高教师的综合素养和规范教学管理.其表面上是将教学与考试相分离,但实质上却强调了教学与考核之间的紧密联系,尤其突出了教学的重要性.混合教学模式,通过结合线上与线下的教学优势,为有效实施教考分离提供了坚实的教学保障.本文遵循教学实践的逻辑,围绕课前引导、课中讲解和课后拓展三个阶段,对基于教考分离的混合教学模式实践应用进行了深入的研究与分析.本文提出了一套适用于教考分离下的混合教学模式范式,该范式具体涵盖了教学实践、方法及评估等方面,具有一定的实践指导价值.
Abstract
The goal of the separation of teaching and examination is to improve the quality of teaching,ensure the fairness of assessment,strengthen students'learning motivation,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and standardize teaching management.On the surface,it separates teaching and examination,but in essence,it emphasizes the close connection between teaching and assessment,especially highlighting the importance of teaching.The blended teaching mode,by combining the advantages of online and offline teaching,provides a solid teaching guarantee for the effective implementation of the separation of teaching and examination.Following the logic of teaching practice,this paper focuses on the three stages of pre-class guidance,in-class explanation and after-class expansion,and deeply studies and analyzes the practical application of the blended teaching mode based on the separation of teaching and examination.This paper proposes a set of blended teaching mode paradigm suitable for the separation of teaching and examination,which specifically covers the teaching practice,methods and evaluation,and has certain practical guidance value.
