翻转课堂教学模式在高职院校动物药理课程中的应用研究——以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例

摘要
近年来,翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式已成为不少学校教学改革的主流模式.怎样应用翻转课堂来提升课程教学的实效性已成为不少学校探索的一项重要问题.本文基于江苏农牧科技职业学院在线开放课程动物药理课程的教学,设计了动物药理课程翻转课堂教学模式,构建基于工作过程的"三阶三化"教学组织模式,并加以应用.实践应用结果表明翻转课堂的教学模式能显著提高学生课堂满意度与学习效果,能为高职院校动物药理课程教学改革提供可行性的方案,同时也能为其他课程教学改革提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,flipped classroom,as a new teaching mode,has become the mainstream mode of teaching reform in many schools.How to apply flipped classroom to improve the effectiveness of curriculum teaching has become an important issue explored by many schools.Based on the teaching of the online open course Animal Pharmacology course at Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College,a flipped classroom teaching mode for Animal Pharmacology course is designed,and a"three-stage and three-transformation"teaching organization mode based on work process is constructed and applied in this paper.The practical application results show that the flipped classroom teaching mode can significantly improve students'classroom satisfaction and learning effectiveness,which provides feasible solutions for the teaching reform of Animal Pharmacology course in higher vocational colleges and also provides references for other course teaching reforms.
