基于"创业方盒"的高职院校创新创业教育生态体系构建策略

摘要
近年来,我国高职院校创新创业教育发展空前迅猛,基于理论内涵的教育生态体系研究及具体实施途径的探索将成为未来高职创新创业教育发展的重要议题.创新创业教育生态体系的构建与完善是我国双创各主体发展的逻辑必然和成长规律,在双创型人才教育培养过程中有着举足轻重的作用.本文以高职院校为探索双创生态体系建设的切入点,从创业方盒理论视角来协调双创企业、传统企业、高职院校和政府之间的互动支撑关系,打破制度障碍并加强转化融通,形成更具生命力的良性双创教育发展路径.
Abstract
The construction and improvement of the innovative entrepreneurial education ecosystem is a logical necessity and growth law for the development of all parties involved in innovation and entrepreneurship in China,and plays a pivotal role in the education and training process of innovative entrepreneurial talents.This paper takes vocational colleges as the entry point to explore the construction of an innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem,and from the perspective of entrepreneurial box theory,coordinates the interactive support relationship between innovative entrepreneurial enterprises,traditional enterprises,vocational colleges,and the government,breaks down institutional barriers and strengthens transformation and integration,and forms a more viable and healthy path for the development of innovative entrepreneurial education.
