摘要
研究基于新媒体时代的特征,以"问题发现、作用确立、工作原则、机制构建、实施保障"为主线,基于文献梳理和访谈调研,深入分析新媒体时代高校工会思想政治工作面临的挑战,透彻新媒体时代高校工会思想政治工作数字化创新的机遇,阐述新媒体时代高校工会思想政治工作数字化创新的途径,探讨新媒体时代高校工会思想政治工作数字化创新的制约因素,并从技术应用、信息传播、信息安全、协同合作、监督与评估等视域提出了新媒体时代高校工会数字化管理机制和保障体系构建.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of the new media era,this study takes"problem discovery,role establishment,work principles,mechanism construction,and implementation guarantee"as the main thread.Based on literature review and interview research,it deeply analyzes the challenges faced by ideological and political work of university trade unions in the new media era,thoroughly explores the opportunities for digital innovation in ideological and political work of university trade unions in the new media era,and elaborates on the ways of digital innovation in ideological and political work of university trade unions in the new media era,exploring the constraining factors of digital innovation in ideological and political work of university trade unions in the new media era,and proposing the construction of digital management mechanisms and guarantee systems for university trade unions in the new media era from the perspectives of technology application,information dissemination,information security,collaborative cooperation,supervision and evaluation.
