摘要
劳动教育是素质教育的重点内容,通过劳动教育既能锻炼大学生的实践技能与职业能力,还能培养大学生的劳动意识和职业精神."三全育人"视域下的大学生劳动教育,更有助于劳动教育的系统化推进,同时能提升劳动教育实效.通过优化调整劳动教育课程体系,突出劳动教育与思政教育、专业教育的深度融合,强化劳动教育师资队伍建设,发挥家庭、社会的协同作用等推进劳动教育全面育人作用的发挥.
Abstract
Labor education is a key content of quality education.Through labor education,it can not only exercise the practical skills and professional abilities of college students,but also cultivate their labor consciousness and professional spirit.From the perspective of"three comprehensive education",labor education for college students is more conducive to the systematic promotion of labor education,while also improving the effectiveness of labor education.By optimizing and adjusting the curriculum system of labor education,highlighting the deep integration of labor education with ideological and political education,and professional education,strengthening the construction of labor education teaching staff,and leveraging the collaborative role of families and society,we can promote the comprehensive educational function of labor education.
