Research on Co-construction,Co-governance and Sharing Employment Service System of Colleges and Universities in Henan Province
As the scale of college enrollment continues to expand,the number of graduates is increasing."Stabilizing employment"has become the focus of attention from all walks of life.At the same time,the idea of co-construction,co-governance and sharing provides a new perspective for solving the employment problem of college graduates.Based on the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,this paper collates and analyzes the theories of employment services for college students at home and abroad,and uses questionnaires and structured interviews to understand the accumulated experience and existing problems in the employment of college graduates in Henan province.Jointly building the employment service system of colleges and universities,jointly governing the employment problem of colleges and universities,and sharing the results of employment service of colleges and universities are conducive to coordinating the relationship among the participants,and providing directional guidance and reference for improving the employment system of colleges and universities in China.
