摘要
工匠精神中蕴含着丰富的劳动价值观教育元素,将工匠精神融入大学生劳动价值观教育,能够帮助矫正大学生在劳动价值观方面存在的劳动价值认知窄化、劳动目的取向功利化、劳动态度急功近利等问题,有助于引导大学生正确认识劳动的本质,理性判断劳动的意义,培养大学生脚踏实地的劳动态度.因此,高校要综合运用多种教育路径,将工匠精神融入教学过程、"第二课堂"和实践锻炼,培养大学生积极正确的劳动价值观,为大学生的成长成才打下坚实的基础.
Abstract
The spirit of craftsmanship contains rich elements of labor values education,and integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into the labor values education of college students can help correct the problems existing in labor values of college students,help guide college students to correctly understand the essence of labor,rationally judge the significance of labor,and cultivate college students'down-to-earth labor attitude.Therefore,universities should use a variety of educational paths,integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the teaching process,the campus activities and practical exercise,cultivate positive and correct labor values for college students,and lay a solid foundation for the growth and success of college students.
