The Construction and Improvement of College Students' Resilience—From the Perspective of Positive Psychology
As research on resilience continues to deepen,researchers are no longer content with merely focusing on the risk and protective factors faced by individuals in individual distress.Instead,they are actively examining the operational mechanism through which individuals rationally address problems by reasonably mitigating risk factors and effectively activating intrinsic protective factors in the face of various challenges and setbacks.This article will focus on college students,through a questionnaire survey on the psychological resilience of college students,to understand the current situation of college students'mental health,analyze the factors that affect the formation of psychological resilience among college students,and propose paths for building psychological resilience among college students from the perspective of positive psychology,forming intervention plans for positive factors,thereby improving the mental health level of college students.
