摘要
本研究旨在探讨在"双高计划"建设背景下,如何构建护理专业群"双师四能型"师资队伍建设体制,以响应高质量教育发展的需求.通过分析当前护理教育中存在的主要问题,如师资队伍结构不合理、实践教学资源匮乏、师资培训和发展机制不健全以及教育内容与行业需求脱节等,本研究提出了一系列对策,旨在提升教育质量与效率,增强学生的实践和创新能力,更好地满足社会对高素质护理人才的需求,同时推动护理学科的发展和创新.
Abstract
This study aims to explore how to construct a"dual teachers and four abilities"teaching staff construction system for nursing professional groups under the background of the"dual-high plan"construction,in response to the needs of high-quality education development.By analyzing the main problems in current nursing education,such as unreasonable teacher structure,lack of practical teaching resources,this study proposes a series of countermeasures aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of education,enhancing students'practical and innovative abilities,better meeting the society's demand for high-quality nursing talents,and promoting the development and innovation of nursing discipline.
