Exploring the Integration of Life Philosophy into the Training of Vocational Medical Students
This paper analyzes the current issues in the training of vocational medical students and focuses on studying the methods of integrating life philosophy into the training path.Firstly,the important influence of life philosophy on the career development and patient relationships of vocational medical students is discussed.Then,the ways of integrating life philosophy into the training path are explored,including curriculum design and integration,teacher team construction and support,application of practical learning,and opportunities for collaboration between schools and medical institutions.The importance of evaluating training effectiveness and ensuring quality is emphasized,and suggestions are made for establishing an evaluation index system and selecting appropriate evaluation methods and tools.Finally,the challenges faced by the integration of life philosophy education are discussed.This paper aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for integrating life philosophy into the training of vocational medical students,further enhancing their comprehensive qualities and professional ethics,and cultivating more outstanding medical talents for future healthcare services.
