基于地方文化外宣的高职旅游英语人才培养机制探究

摘要
本文以太湖溇港文化外宣为例,探讨了基于地方文化外宣的高职旅游英语人才培养机制.通过问卷调查和SPSS数据分析发现,当前高职旅游英语人才培养在应对地方文化外宣时凸显一些问题,如缺乏对地方文化的深入了解、缺乏跨文化沟通能力等.这些问题的存在将在很大程度上影响地方文化外宣的效率.对此本研究基于旅游英语课程教学的角度对高职旅游英语人才的培养机制进行探究,同时也提出了相应的解决方案,从加强地方文化课程建设入手,强化实践教学、强化师资队伍建设.
Abstract
Taking the publicity for Taihu Lougang Culture as an example,this paper explore the training mechanism of higher vocational tourism English talents based on local cultural publicity.Through questionnaire survey and SPSS data analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the current training of higher vocational tourism English talents in local cultural publicity,such as lack of in-depth understanding of local culture and lack of cross-cultural communication skills.At the same time,this paper also proposes corresponding solutions,such as strengthening the construction of local cultural courses and strengthening practical teaching.
