Focus on the Leading Role of Party Building and Implement Three Complete Education—Based on Model Party Branch Cultivation and Construction Practice in Colleges and Universities
Cultivating and constructing model Party branches in Party building work is a key task assigned by the Ministry of Education to make leading Party groups implement the arrangements for Party building.The Second Party Branch of the Faculty,School of Information and Electronic Engineering of Liming Vocational University learned and practiced Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in an in-depth way.In accordance with general Party building requirements of the CPC in the new era,the Party branch practiced reform and innovation and endeavored to make advancement,being one of the first batch of Party-building Model Party Branch Cultivation and Construction Units in Fujian Province.The Party branch built a"Party building+"working mechanism and realized a preliminary construction effect of"five combination and five efforts".In this paper,the practice and effects were clarified to provide experience reference for promoting colleges and universities to improve their Party building quality.
